Vinum Benedictus

A white wine made with Roussanne and Grenache Blanc that can age like a red wine. The honey floral and apricot, pear, pineapple, flavored wines can be consumed young (2-3 years), or cellared for ten years and beyond. - It tends to shutdown and become neutral between 3 to 8 years of age, but can be incredibly opulent wen retuning from the neutral phase.

The small vineyard was planted in 2021 with 80 Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc, and is projected to produce about 1500 bottles annually. 

Early micro trials promise a very fine full bodied elegant wine.
